S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (Oral) The petitioner has inter alia challenged the order dated 18.04.2014 (Annexure P-16) rejecting his representation for renewal of his licenses and for refund. After the impugned order dated 18.04.2014 was passed, a Division Bench of this Court, by an order and judgment dated 11.07.2014, disposed of a group of writ petitions, the first of which was the case of Karambir Nain and another vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP No. 5573 of 2014.

The petitioner contends that he is similarly situated. The petitioner desires making an application to the authorities concerned once again inter alia on the same basis and in view of the judgment of this Court in Karambir Nain's case (supra).
