AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 30.07.2019 (Annexure P-8) vide which petitioner has been displaced/relieved from the post of Extension Lecturer (Physics) by respondent no.3 against the guidelines dated 13.07.2018 (Annexure P-11) without following the last come first go as per Clause 6 of the guidelines, ibid. Mr. Shalender Mohan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that though petitioner had submitted an application (Annexure P-5) but the same is incomplete and therefore, the averments made in writ petition be treated as representation. Ordered accordingly.
