* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner claims to be a bonafide subsequent purchaser from the original allottee. The Haryana Urban Development Authority has come out with a policy. We have by our order and judgement dated 12.08.2015 disposed of similar petitions in terms of the said policy as amended. The amendments are referred to in our said order. The order was passed in a group of writ petitions one of which is CWP-16222-2014 titled as Parminder Singh and another Vs Haryana Urban Development Authority and another.

This petition is also disposed of in the same terms. Further subsequent policies, if any, shall also be considered before taking a final decision.
