(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to revive and regularize the allotment of Built-Up Booth No. 76, in the Development Scheme of 3.71 Acres, Kapurthala Chowk, Jalandhar in the name of the petitioner after removing all encumbrances on his title, by providing one time relaxation as per Memo letter No. 11/5/2015(29)-2LG2/403010/1, dated 29th January, 2015 issued by the Govt. of Punjab, Department of Local Bodies and as per public notices, which has been extended till 30th April, 2015. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to him in accordance with law.
