Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied if the representation given by the petitioner under Annexure P4 is considered by respondent No.2 and an appropriate decision is taken within a stipulated time. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner under Annexure P-4 to take a decision and inform the same to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2.
I dispense with notice to the respondents, for, I am not passing any order on merits of the case. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
