ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) With reference to our order dated August 02, 2024, the necessary affidavit of Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, filed today in Court, is taken on record. Copy furnished.

In the wake of the assertions set out in the affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in the petition, for the revision petition was taken up for consideration by the competent authority on August 05, 2024. And, after deliberations, the matter is now posted for final disposal on August 08, 2024. That being so, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
