**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (Oral) CRM-46468-2024 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for placing on record the zimni orders of the trial Court in compliance of order dated 19.07.2023 passed by this Court.

Heard.

Application is allowed and zimni orders are taken on record as Annexure A-2 to A-8, subject to all just exceptions. Registry is

-2directed to tag the same at appropriate place. Prayer in the present under Section 407 Cr.P.C. is for seeking transfer of petition under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 i.e. DV 23 of 2016 dated 06.07.2016 titled as 'Gursharan Kaur versus Dr. Paramkamalpreet Singh and others', filed by the Petitioner (Annexure P-1) and execution application i.e. CRM-136 of 2020 dated 15.02.2020 titled as 'Gursharan Kaur VS. Dr. Paramkamalpreet Singh', filed by the petitioner (Annexure P-2) from the Court of ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barnala to the Court of competent jurisdiction at District Chandigarh. At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that trial in the present case is at the fag end as evidence of the main accused/respondent No.

1/husband of the petitioner was closed as far back as on 24.05.2019. Zimni order in this respect is handed over in Court today, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. It is submitted that the matter is now listed for arguments on 03.12.2024 before the learned trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to dispute the above said facts.

In view of the above, no further directions are required to be issued since the trial is at fag end and defence evidence already stands concluded.

The present petition stands disposed of.
