Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of increments which were due to the petitioner with effect from 01.07.2018 and 01.07.2019, and release arrears of the same up to 31.05.2020. Further, a direction has been sought to revise the petitioner's pension, and release of benefit of LTC for the block years 2012-2015, 2016-2019 and 2020-2023. 2.
Learned State counsel has filed a short affidavit to the effect that the relief claimed has been granted to the petitioner except the benefit of LTC for the block year 2012-2015. It has been rejected since he applied for the same after the cut off date, i.e. 30.05.2016. 3.
In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection of his claim for LTC PAYAL 2023.09.13 18:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
