***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.')for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.31 dated 11.02.2023, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 379-B, 427, 506, 452, of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC") (Section 379-B deleted later on), at Police Station, Utawar, District Palwal (Haryana).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 07.08.2023 passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel as per his instructions from ASI Gulab Singh submits that petitioners have joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of petitioners is required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioners are no more required and they have already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. Order dated 07.08.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to petitioners' complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
