The appellant has preferred the present appeal against the order dated 12.07.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court for trial of offence under POCSO Act, Nuh, dismissing the application filed by the appellant for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 231 dated 20.11.2022 registered under Sections 363, 366A, 376, 384, 120B, 506 and 201 read with Section 34 IPC; Sections 17 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012; and Section 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Rojka Meo. After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the appellant, learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage.
