(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.154, dated 28.10.2017, registered at Police Station Dayalpura, Tehsil Phul, District Bathinda, under Sections 324, 323, 120-B, 34 IPC (challan submitted under Sections 325, 324, 323, 120-B IPC) (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to orders dated 26.08.2019 & 10.12.2019, report dated 29.01.2020 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Phul, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them with their free will, without any pressure or coercion.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.154, dated 28.10.2017, registered at Police Station Dayalpura, Tehsil Phul, District Bathinda, under Sections 324, 323, 120-B, 34 IPC (challan submitted under Sections 325, 324, 323, 120-B IPC) (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
