Mr. G.S.Brar, Advocate, for the petitioner Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, AAG, Punjab ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) Heard through video conferencing.

This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against private respondent Nos.4 and 5 on the basis of their representation dated 18.02.2020 (Annexure P-1). Learned State counsel, on instructions, from Inspector Bhagwant Singh, has stated that on the complaint dated 18.02.2020 (Annexure P-1), an enquiry has already been marked to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kharar and statements of the parties have since been recorded. The learned counsel for the State has further stated that the enquiry would be concluded in a time bound manner within period of one month from today.

On the basis of the statement made by the State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and does not pray for any further orders.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off as no further orders are required, at this stage.
