(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that he does not press this petition on merits, however, submits that the time granted by the Lower Appellate Court for depositing the provisional rent till today i.e. 05.09.2022 be extended for another ten days. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of being not pressed, however, the time granted by the Lower Appellate Court for depositing the provisional rent is extended till 14.09.2022.
