The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., 1973 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in the above-captioned case. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation pursuant to the order dated 09.11.2022. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Dharampal Police Hodal, District Palwal, Haryana affirms the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no longer required for custodial interrogation. 4.
