(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking quashing of the notice dated 18th January, 2017 (Annexure P-20), issued by respondent No.2, besides, making other prayers made in the writ petition. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as on date, the petitioners have paid the entire amount of loan as claimed in Annexure P-20. It was, thus, prayed that liberty be granted to the petitioners to withdraw the present writ petition, at this stage, by permitting them to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before the Bank, pointing out, all the factual matrix intimating therein that the entire loan amount has been discharged and amount in excess has been paid. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
