Dated Police Station Sections 29.03.2017 City Panipat, District Panipat 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC (Section 13 of Prevention of Corruption Act added later on) 1.

The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 07.08.2023, the petitioner was granted interim bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. On 11.09.2023 this Court had continued the interim order subject to complying with some conditions and the said order is continuing till date. 3.

Petitioner's counsel submits that they have voluntarily complied with the previous order dated 11.09.2023 and handed over the affidavits to counsel for the State. 4.

Although the petitioner claims that he has no criminal history but as per the State there is another FIR which also of similar nature. Petitioner's counsel submits that it an omission and has no mala fide to conceal the same. 5.

Petitioner's counsel orally prays for insertion of Section 13 of the PC Act in the petition as FIR was registered way back in 2017. 6.

Considering, the oral request made by petitioner's counsel, word 'Section 13 of the PC Act' stands inserted in the previous order and also the fact that petitioner has Jyoti 2023.09.21 15:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
