Learned counsel for the parties agree that a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already disposed of identical matters, vide order dated 29.11.2018 passed in CWP No.1013 of 2017 and CWP No.24407 of 2018, decided on 19.12.2018 and this writ petition can also be disposed of in the same terms for considering the case of the petitioner for the grant of relief as being claimed in the present writ petition.
