***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.161 dated 13.12.2022, registered under Section 174-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Bhupani, District Faridabad. 2.

In compliance of previous order dated 16.10.2023, petitioner is present in the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to said order, petitioner also surrendered before the trial Court and furnished bail bonds and therefore, this petition has become infructuous.
