**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) In this writ petition filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have inter alia, prayed to direct the official respondents to forthwith hand over the exclusive possession of Vegetable Shed Nos. 9 and 10 in Grain Market, Sector 26, Chandigarh and also to direct the official respondents to implement the quasi judicial order dated 18.11.2009 (Annexure P-27) and order dated 10th March, 2010 (Annexure P-28) respectively.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before respondent No.4 by incorporating the grievance as raised in the present writ petition. However, a direction be issued to respondent No.4 to decide the representation expeditiously in a time bound manner in accordance with law.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, perusing the JAWALA RAM 2015.04.23 15:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 9190 of 2014 - 2 - averments made in the writ petition, in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of the present writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive representation raising all the pleas as raised in the present writ petition within a period of one month. In case such a representation is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be decided by the competent Authority within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation by passing speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, in accordance with law.
