(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Mandamus, for directing the respondent to regularize the term loan account and CC Limit account of the petitioner, which has been declared NPA, after receiving the overdue amount of the defaulted payment of loan. A further direction has also been sought for not attaching the property of the petitioner i.e. land measuring 537 sq. yards and land measuring 10 marla belonging to the Guarantor Smt. Laxmi Devi wife of the petitioner. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner either to approach the respondent-Bank or take recourse to any other alternative remedy, as may be available to the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law. It is, however, observed that in case the petitioner deposits a sum of ` 6.00 lakh along with an application, the respondent-Bank shall respond to the application by passing a speaking order after affording an opportunity to him, in accordance with law.
