The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of FIR No.7 dated 27.01.2020 registered under Sections 304-A, 279 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Purana Shalla, District Gurdaspur, on the basis of compromise effected between the petitioner and respondents No.2 to 4. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
