The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 4 to take action against respondent No.6, who is in illegal possession of the land of Gram Panchayat of Village Mullepur.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners in Court today. It appears that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
