(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that in fact the rules with respect to grant of culminating benefits i.e promotion as Head Draftsman in the year 1975, Circule Head Draft in the year 1977, the rules of 1943 are applicable to him and after two years, the petitioner was to be considered keeping in view seniority-cum-merit. The petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 06.07.2015 (Annexure P-11) in this regard, but no decision has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the representation, referred to above and revise the pension of GAURAV ARORA 2016.01.25 16:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 06.07.2015 (Annexure P-11) by passing a speaking order expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
