(ORAL) Only relief prayed for by the petitioner in the present petition is for a direction to respondent No.2 to decide claim made in representation dated 04.09.2018 (Annexure P-6) regarding waiver of licence fee.

The claim has been made on the ground that for the period mentioned in the representation the petitioner could not operate his liquor vend on account of the problems faced because of wrong allocation of site.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the controversy, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the claim made by the petitioner in representation dated 04.09.2018 (Annexure P-6), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
