ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) This order shall dispose of Cross Objection No.296-CII of 2016 and FAO No.6527 of 2012.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled in the Lok Adalat and they have instructions not to press the cross objections as well as the first appeal. Hence, both the appeal and the cross objections are dismissed as not pressed.

The amount deposited in this Court i.e. Rs.25,000/- be remitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
