(Oral) The petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to release all the consequential benefits of service of the petitioner during the time when he was out of service, as he was taken back in service with all consequential benefits vide order dated 03.07.2015 (P-2) A detailed legal notice dated 23.12.2015 in this regard (P-3) has been given but no action has been taken till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the legal notice, referred to above.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to GAURAV ARORA 2016.04.28 15:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
