At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance raised in this petition, he has filed a representation dated 04.10.2021 (Annexure P-2). He further submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if a direction is issued to the concerned authority to look into the same and take appropriate decision as per law. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to take a decision on the representation dated 04.10.2021, Annexure P-2, in accordance with law, at the earliest, in any case not later than 04 weeks.
