Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing public notice dated 29.07.2013, Annexure P-8 and impugned order dated 21.06.2018, Annexure P-13. Operative part of the order passed by the authority reads as under:- "From the above mentioned situation and from the scrutiny of the whole record it was found that the petitioner Smt. Kawaljit Kaur daughter of Shri Darshan Singh, r/o 25-B, New Kangra Colony, Batala Road, District Amritsar registration no. 2789, merit score 63.645 did not attend earlier counseling's which were held before dated 13.12.2011 and took participate in 13.12.2011 counseling. And the department has cancelled in compliance to the order passed by the Full bench of the Hon'ble High Court in the case of Abhishek Rishi bearing no. CWP-11071 of 2011.

Apart from this the appointment to the post of teaching fellow with regards to the public notice was cancelled since 2007. According to the record, the petitioner have not made any effort for the AJAY KUMAR 2019.06.07 13:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document appointment from the date of counseling i.e. 13.12.

CWP No. 26595 of 2018 filling of the present petition. For the sake of the claim of the petitioner for the appointment to the post of teaching fellow in the CWP No. 11597 of 2016 titled as "Parminder Kaur and Others Versus State of Punjab" vide order passed by the Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 02.06.2016 need not to be considered on the basis of delay and laches. The claim of the petitioner is rejected."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not able to point out any infirmity with the order. Besides, the public notice pertains to the year 2013 and the present petition has been preferred six years thereafter. A copy of the petition was handed-over to State counsel as well. She submits that similar petitions i.e. CWP No. 19028 of 2018 titled as Pooja Rani vs. State of Punjab & ors. and CWP No. 11597 of 2016 tiled as Parminder Kaur & ors. vs. State of Punjab & ors have already been dismissed. I find no reason to take a different view in the instant petition. Same is, thus, hereby dismissed.
