Challenge in the present petition is to the fixation of seniority of the petitioner as Junior Engineer by claiming he was senior to the private respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for the private respondents submits that during the interregnum, the petitioner as also the private respondents have retired as such the prayer, might not even be surviving. 3.

Disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises.
