Mr. Ranjit Saini, Advocate for the petitioners. --- Rajbir Sehrawat, J. (Oral) This petition is filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the qualifying service rendered by the petitioners for the purpose of pension from the date of their appointment and not from the date of their contribution of provident fund and to pay the revised pension and arrears of revised pension along with interest as per law laid down by this Hon'ble Court in various judicial pronouncement and for issuance of any other appropriate writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present case already stand adjudicated by this Court in CWP No.22558 of 2016 decided on 29th April, 2019. Notice of motion.

Ms. Deipa Singh, Addl. A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

It is submitted by the counsel for the State that the department is processing the case of the petitioners for taking a final decision on the issue, in view of the judgment delivered by this Court. CWP No.20490 of 2020 -2In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of in view of the statement made by the counsel for the State. The respondents are directed to take a final decision on the claim of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the certified copy of the order.
