(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature Certiorari, quashing the auction notice dated 20.08.2018 (Annexure P-6). A further writ of Mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to consider the representation/offer letter dated 15.07.2018 and accept the approved on time settlement amount of ` 14.00 lakh.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Civil Court or take recourse to the alternative remedies as are available to them, in accordance with law. 3.
