In the facts and circumstances of the case, there is no warrant for interfering in writ jurisdiction.

The petitioners have an alternate remedy under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Act, 2002 which they ought to avail of in the first instance.

Writ petition accordingly dismissed.
