C.W.P No. 7176 of 2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to policy dated 06.08.2015 wherein there was a specific condition no. iv that teachers suffering from terminal diseases i.e Cancer/AIDS etc or from chronical illness of serious nature, which requires medical treatment and constant care of their family members are eligible for inter district transfer. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to Annexure P-9 and P-10 to show that petitioners are suffering from chronic disease for the last about many years and are thus covered under the aforesaid policy.. Learned counsel submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take a decision on the representation dated 10.02.2016 (Annexure P-8), issued on behalf of the petitioners GAURAV ARORA 2016.06.03 16:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
