(Oral) The present second petition under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 has been filed for quashing of FIR No.11 dated 24.01.2023, registered at Police Station Sadar, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 323, 452, 354, and 34 of the IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (Annexure P-1), along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
