Petitioners are aggrieved of not releasing of their gratuity and leave encashment by the respondents, though petitioner No.1 retired from service on 31.03.2018, whereas petitioner No.2 retired on 31.01.2018. For that purpose, petitioners have already made representation dated 23.08.2018 (Annexure P1), which has not been decided by the respondents as yet. Notice of motion.
On asking of the Court, Mrs. Anju Arora, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to her during the course of the day.
