MEHTA, J.(Oral) By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the indulgence of this Court for the issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the complaint Annexure P-2, as moved by her against private respondents No.4 and 5 and to conduct free and fair investigation in respect thereof and also to take appropriate legal action against the above-said private respondents.

Today, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Sher Singh from Police Station City Rampura, District Bathinda, informs the Court that Complaint Annexure P-2 has already been marked to the SHO of the afore-referred Police Station for inquiry and in the meantime, YAG DUTT 2023.11.02 11.17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement
CRM-M No.38584 of 2023 -22023:PHHC:138894 the petitioner has moved another Complaint to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bathinda and the said Police Officer is also looking into and conducting inquiry qua the same.

In view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as per the instructions from the arguing counsel, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. 5.
Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
