The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0189 dated 13.05.2025 registered under Sections 115, 118(1), 126, 3(5) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad (Haryana).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required in this case.

CRM-M-33751-2025 (O&M) ( 2 ) Usha Rani further submits that the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation. 4.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 02.07.2025 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
