Main case After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition may be disposed of as having been not pressed as the petitioner intends to file a representation before the respondents with the claim as has been raised in the present petition including that of correction of her date of birth as well as regularization of her services from due date. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as and when any such representation is received from the petitioner, the same will be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of such representation.

Keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of as having been not pressed any longer. Ordered accordingly.
