Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondent to pay actual performance related pay for the year 2015-2016 to the petitioners, which is yet to be paid to them, though they have already attained superannuation in the years 2015 and 2016, respectively. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that for that purpose, petitioners made representation dated 07.03.2018 (Annexure P3) to the respondent, but still no action has been taken thereon. In view of the controversy involved in the matter, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into and decide representation dated 07.03.2018 (Annexure P3), made by the petitioners, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
