CWP No.18792 of 2026(O&M) -2Mr. Kshitij Bharti, AAG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that LPA-122 of 2026 titled as State of Haryana and others Versus Sandeep Kumar and others, was filed by the State against the order dated 04.09.2025 and notice of motion was issued by the Court, though no interim order was passed. Similar issue has already been decided by Co-ordinate Benches in Sandeep Kumar's case (supra) and EHC Kaaraj Singh's case (supra). Admittedly there is no interim order passed in LPA No. 122 of 2026. The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents to re-consider the case of the petitioners for the purpose of undergoing Lower School Course List B-1 (centrally) of the year 2024 in light of decision of Sandeep Kumar's case (supra). Disposed of on the terms above.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
