The present petition pertains to the year 2019. Notice of motion was issued on 20.09.2019 and since then service has not been effected for want of correct address. None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 28.04.2023, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to furnish correct address of respondent Nos.1 to 4. Yet again on 22.09.2023 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and an order was passed directing the counsel for the petitioner to furnish correct address of respondent Nos.1 to 4. As per the office report, till date there has been no compliance of the order dated 28.04.2023. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
