Petitioner herein is aggrieved of not releasing of pensionary benefits including general provident fund, earned leave, DCRG pension etc. in terms of statutory rules, instructions issued by the State of Punjab and the law laid down by the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in R.S.Randhawa v. State of Punjab 1997(3) RSJ 318. Petitioner retired from his service on 30.09.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for that purpose, petitioner has already made representation dated 25.08.2018 (Annexure P5) to respondent No.2, but still no action has been taken thereon.
