CWP No. 8043 of 2015 Admittedly, the petitioners have not represented for their grievance which is sought to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition regarding their non-selection on account of their alleged merit. In the absence of any such representation having been filed, a writ of mandamus is not maintainable. It is for the petitioners firstly to approach the respondents for the necessary grievance.
Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioners does not press the present writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same. Ordered accordingly.
