Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case bearing FIR No.95 dated 27.08.2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 324, 323, 148, 149 and Section 307 Indian Penal Code added later on, at Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur, no further action has been taken to investigate the case and to present the final report. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Gurpreet Handa, submits that earlier accused were arrested in this case and now on the application of father of petitioner, an inquiry has been marked, which is still pending.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to get the pending inquiry completed in accordance with law in three months and to present the final report in the Court thereafter as early as possible.
