**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in case FIR No.02 dated 01.01.2014 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341 IPC (Act No.45 of 1860) and under Section 25(1-A), 54, 59 of Arms Act No.59 of 1959 (Sections 148 and 149 IPC deleted and Sections 325, 307, 34 of IPC, 1860 and Section 37 of the Arms Act 1959 added later on) registered at Police Station Gadpuri, District Palwal.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case, at this stage. Allowed as prayed for.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
