Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner-husband, challenging the order dated 09.05.2022 (P-4), passed by the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ferozepur, vide which, application preferred by respondent-wife, under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (in short 'the Act'), was allowed, and petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- p.m., to the respondent-wife, as maintenance pendente elite, from the date of application.

Counsel appearing for the arguing counsel Mr. Parvez Chugh, informs the Court that divorce petition under Section 13 of the Act, filed by the petitioner-husband, has already been withdrawn before the Court below, and thus, present revision petition is rendered infructuous.
