Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to count the daily wage service rendered by the petitioner from 11.06.1978 to 01.06.1988 and work charge period from 01.06.1988 to 24.10.1991. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is entitled to the same as per judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in Kesar Chand and Others v. State of Punjab and Others 1988(5) S.L.R. 25. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner had already got issued legal notice dated 27.05.2018 (Annexure P6), but the same has not been decided so far by the respondents.
