**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present writ petition, the petitioner is claiming the promotional increment after 23 years of service. Notice of motion was issued on 09.07.2018.

Even though, the claim of the petitioner was rejected on 07.09.2017 (Annexure P-3), but subsequently a Coordinate Bench on 29.11.2018 while deciding CWP-1013-2017, titled as Balvir Singh Vs. PSPCL and another, disposed of the writ petition giving directions to decide the cases of the grant of promotional increment after 23 years of service afresh.

CWP-28410-2017 -2Subsequent to the abovesaid order dated 29.11.2018 passed in CWP-1013-2017, similar writ petitions were disposed of by this Court on 19.12.2018 (CWP-24407-2018, titled as 'Malkiat Singh Vs. PSPCL). Counsel for the respondents states that case of the petitioner will be considered again in view of the resolution passed in August, 2018 and a fresh order will be passed ignoring the earlier rejection. Counsel for the parties pray that the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of CWP No.1013 of 2017. Keeping in view of the request of the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by a Coordinate Bench in CWP-1013-2017.
