The writ petition is identical to a group of writ petitions including writ petition No. 6226 of 2015 which we disposed of vide separate order and judgment dated 09.04.2015. 2.

The petitioner herein is also fully owned Government of Punjab Enterprise. Therefore, the role and situation is almost identical to that of the petitioners in the said group of writ petitions. The result in this writ petition will follow the result in those writ petitions. The writ petition is accordingly allowed.
