This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.212 dated 10.08.2022, under Sections 408, 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.6, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has been arrested on 12.09.2022 and therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
